This video features Vintage Vitality™ Tai Chi for Seniors — Demonstration with Ginintuang Binhi Elderly Association in Bacoor, Cavite. Founder Nelda Rodillo shares Sun‑Style Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention, inspiring aging with dignity, strength, and grace. This demonstration was attended by 77 members of Ginintuang Binhi (Golden Seeds)
Ginintuang Binhi Elderly Association was founded by my parents 20 years ago. What began as a handful of members meeting in our humble home has blossomed into a thriving community of 81 active members. Today, they gather in their own office and covered court to:
Hold regular meetings
Sing and dance together
Share meals and stories
Discuss important matters that strengthen their bond
Ginintuang Binhi — meaning Golden Seeds — was my late father’s legacy. His vision planted the seeds of dignity, joy, and resilience that continue to flourish today.
On this special day, 20 members received their first official Vintage Vitality™ session. For two hours, we:
Warmed up with gentle movements
Danced and laughed together
Practiced Sun‑Style Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention, designed by Dr. Paul Lam
Hugged, chatted, and celebrated the gift of community
It was more than exercise — it was a living expression of Vintage Vitality™: aging with dignity, strength, and grace.
Through Vintage Vitality™, we rediscover that vitality does not fade with age — it deepens. The philosophy is rooted in:
Movement for resilience and balance
Connection through shared joy and community
Grace in embracing every stage of life
Strength that grows from within
On May 28, Ginintuang Binhi members will flow together at the May Flower Festival, performing in front of other senior organizations and cluster heads. This event will showcase:
The power of Tai Chi as a wellness practice
The beauty of community aging with dignity
The legacy of Golden Seeds inspiring new generations
Vintage Vitality™ is more than a program — it is a philosophy of living. If you believe in aging with dignity, strength, and grace, I invite you to explore the pathways that guide this vision:
