If you’ve been feeling stiff, unsteady, or unsure about how to move your body safely, you’re not alone.
As we age, our bodies change — and movement can start to feel intimidating. My gentle Tai Chi and Qigong classes are designed to help you move with greater ease, improve your balance, and feel calmer and more confident in your everyday life — both online and in-person for those in Wellington County, Ontario.
These small-group classes are especially welcoming for beginners and anyone looking for a supportive, low-pressure environment. You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or experienced — you simply need a willingness to begin.
Together, we focus on slow, mindful movements that reduce tension, improve stability, and reconnect you with your breath and body.
Many students leave class feeling steadier on their feet, more relaxed in their minds, and more at ease in how they move throughout the day.
I am committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment where you can learn at your own pace.
