On sunny days, Palmerston Heritage Park becomes my sanctuary. The sky stretches wide above, the breeze guides my movements, and every step and turn becomes a conversation with nature. Here, Tai Chi is more than practice—it’s a dance with the world, a gentle reminder that mindfulness has no walls.
If you’ve been feeling stiff, unsteady, or unsure how to move your body safely, you’re not alone.
As we age, our bodies change, and movement can sometimes feel intimidating. My gentle Tai Chi and Qigong classes are designed to help you move with greater ease, improve balance, and feel calmer and more confident in your everyday life—offered both online and in-person for those in Wellington County, Ontario.
These small-group classes are especially welcoming for beginners and anyone seeking a supportive, low-pressure environment. You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or experienced—you simply need a willingness to begin.
Together, we explore slow, mindful movements that reduce tension, enhance stability, and reconnect you with your breath and body. Many students leave class feeling steadier on their feet, calmer in their minds, and more at ease in how they move throughout the day.
Through the Vintage Vitality™ approach, I am committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment where you can learn at your own pace and honor your body’s unique wisdom.
