In our Vintage Vitality™ journey, we often focus on physical balance. But there is another kind of balance—emotional balance. Cultivating a "Vibrant Heart" means training our eyes to see the light, even on the quietest days.
Gratitude isn't about ignoring life's challenges; it's about honoring the small, beautiful things that give us the strength to face them.
🎥 Watch: 10 Gratitude Journaling Prompts
Set to relaxing music and peaceful imagery, this video is designed to be a "quiet retreat" for your mind. Follow along and let these prompts guide your pen.
✨ 10 Prompts to Light Your Path
In the video, I share ten specific prompts to help you uncover the hidden joy in your daily life. If ten feels like too many today, simply choose one or two that speak to your heart right now:
Connection: Who are the people you are glad to have in your life?
Simple Joys: What is your favourite part of the morning?
Ease: What is a possession that makes your life easier?
Daily Light: What was your favourite thing about today?
Purpose: How are you able to help others?
Happiness: What truly makes you happy?
Gifts: What skills do you have that you are grateful for?
Highlights: What was the best thing that happened today?
Pride: What is your proudest accomplishment?
Wisdom: What is a lesson you’ve learned that has made you stronger?
Nelda’s Gentle Start Tip:
If you feel overwhelmed by the list, just pick the "Daily Light" prompt. Writing down one good thing from today is enough to shift your perspective toward vitality.
