The Vintage Vitality™ Program is a 3-week supplemental training designed to support the physical readiness, mental focus, and emotional resilience of Criminal Justice students.
As part of your martial arts development, this program introduces structured, low-impact movement practices that build control, awareness, balance, and discipline—essential qualities in the field of criminal justice.
This program integrates four key components:
18 Shibashi Qigong (Warm-Up)
Sun Style Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention (Core Practice)
Tai Chi Easy (Cool Down)
Creative Journaling (Reflection & Mental Integration)

Duration: 3 Weeks
Sessions: 3 Total Sessions
Time per Session: 2 Hours
Focus: Awareness, posture, and introduction to movement
You will learn:
Proper breathing and body alignment
Introduction to 18 Shibashi Qigong
Opening movements of Sun Style Tai Chi
Basic flow and coordination
Tai Chi Easy cool down
After Session 1:

Full Qigong warm-up sequence
Expanded Sun Style Tai Chi movements
Transitioning smoothly between forms

After Session 2:
Continue daily practice

Prepare for group demonstration
Focus: Performance, discipline, and teamwork

Final full-class synchronized flow

Each section will perform the complete Sun Style Tai Chi sequence as a team.

To receive your Vintage Vitality™ Certificate of Completion, you must complete the following:
