Taking the first step into a new movement practice can feel uncertain — and that’s completely normal. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming space where every woman 50+ can move with confidence, balance, and ease.
Each class is designed to be gentle, accessible, and mindful:
Warm-Up: Gentle stretches and mindful breathing to prepare your body.
Tai Chi–Inspired Movements: Small, flowing sequences focused on balance, coordination, and strength.
Mindful Practice: Movements combined with awareness and breath to calm the mind and connect with your body.
Cool-Down: Relaxation, stretching, and reflection to leave class feeling grounded and refreshed.
Classes are intentionally small so you receive personal attention and guidance. You can move at your own pace, without pressure or comparison.
Comfortable clothing that allows movement
Flat, supportive shoes (or barefoot if safe)
