My classes are gentle, supportive, and beginner-friendly. Movements are adapted to your comfort level, helping you feel more confident, balanced, and strong. Soft, relaxing music often accompanies practice to create a calm and mindful atmosphere.
Not at all! Beginners are very welcome. Each movement can be modified to suit your ability and comfort, whether standing or seated, so you can move at your own pace.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Flat shoes or socks are fine. You may bring water or a small towel if you like.
Classes are typically 60 minutes, giving you time to move, stretch, and feel relaxed.
