The Home of Vintage Vitality™
Canada's Home for Gentle Tai Chi & Mindful Movement for Adults Over 50.
We are not simply “getting older.” We are becoming Vintage—stronger, wiser, and full of life.
Aging with Dignity. Moving with Purpose.
About Vintage Vitality™
Vintage Vitality™ is a wellness framework created and taught by Nelda Rodillo, blending mindful movement, nutrition, and community into seven pathways for aging with dignity, strength, and grace. Vintage Vitality™ integrates Sun‑Style Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention, developed by Dr. Paul Lam, within this holistic framework — honoring his teachings while offering a unique approach that adapts these principles into community wellness. From Canada to the Philippines, Vintage Vitality™ empowers individuals and communities to embrace aging not as decline, but as becoming vintage: stronger, wiser, and full of grace.
Meet Nelda
Hi, I’m Nelda Rodillo, founder of Vintage Vitality™—a gentle, holistic approach to movement, reflection, and graceful aging.
I help adults 50+ and beyond move with confidence, improve balance, and cultivate calm through mindful, adaptable practices. Through gentle Tai Chi–inspired movement, breath‑centered awareness, and simple daily rituals, we build strength without strain and resilience without pressure.
My classes and programs are offered both online and in person—supporting individuals, community groups, and wellness initiatives across Canada and the Philippines, with a vision to expand globally.
Beyond teaching, I collaborate with community organizations, universities, and public sector programs to support fall prevention, mobility, and resilience through gentle movement. By weaving tradition with innovation, I aim to amplify the message of Vintage Vitality™ worldwide: aging is not decline, but becoming vintage—stronger, wiser, and full of grace.
You don’t need a perfect body.
You just need a body—and a willingness to begin.
Vintage Vitality™ by Nelda Rodillo integrates Dr. Paul Lam’s Sun‑Style Tai Chi with seven pathways for aging gracefully, from Canada to the world.

I help adults 50+ move with confidence, balance, and calm through gentle, mindful movement.
As the founder of Vintage Vitality™, I bring together Tai Chi, yoga, breath awareness, and creative journaling to support strength, flexibility, and inner peace—honoring the body’s wisdom at every stage of life.
I have taught Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention across Palmerston, Mount Forest, Arthur, and Harriston, in collaboration with the Seniors’ Centre for Excellence (SCE). I’ve also spoken at community programs, led a Culture Days Tai Chi demonstration for the Town of Minto, and continue to teach yoga and Tai Chi through local initiatives such as the Building Bridges Adult Program.
My classes are designed to be safe, welcoming, and adaptable—supporting individuals of all abilities in staying active, engaged, and confident in their movement.
Before guiding movement, I spent years as a junk journal artist.
In that world of paper, ink, and ephemera, I learned something meaningful:
there is no such thing as a mistake—only a new direction.
When I began teaching movement, I recognized that same quiet patience.
The care used to assemble a delicate vintage page is the same care needed to cultivate balance in a gentle Sun-style Tai Chi flow.
What I once practiced with my hands, I now guide through the body.
I am certified in Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention through Tai Chi for Health Institute, and I am a 200-hour Yoga Instructor.
These trainings deepened my belief that movement can be both gentle and powerful when guided by breath, awareness, and respect for the body’s natural rhythms.
Today, I work primarily with adults who want to:
Stay active
Improve balance
Move with greater confidence and ease
My sessions include Tai Chi, Qigong, yoga, and other gentle practices, all adaptable to meet you where you are.
Canada is where my Tai Chi family first grew, and it remains the heart of Vintage Vitality™. While here in the Philippines for a short visit, I chose to share the same gentle practice—because vitality knows no borders.
Through Vintage Vitality™, we rediscover that vitality does not fade with age—it deepens, strengthens, and connects us across cultures and generations. What began as local circles of movement now expands into a global journey of community and connection.
Each day of mindful movement through the Vintage Vitality™ approach brings energy, balance, and a renewed sense of ease.
Gentle, flowing practices awaken strength, calm the mind, and reconnect you with your body—honoring its layers, wisdom, and resilience.
Through Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention, breath-centered yoga, and reflective journaling, you learn to move with intention and listen to the quiet messages your body offers.
Vintage Vitality™ invites you to return to yourself—slowly, gently, and with deep respect—so you can move through life with steadiness, clarity, and renewed joy.
